I put it behind the stove for 24 hrs and shot it first thing this morning and got 199 twice. So close but up 2 fps from yesterday so the RH seems to make a dif. Oh well :) It is what it is. Close but no cigar.

Now that's real passion we see! Very nice and inspiring. Thanks for sharing.  (-S I already thought about mounting a little hook on my D/R design ...you definitly convinced me. How do you make them arrows stop without breaking?

I use carbon arrows for testing and I use a burlap bag that is free to swivel and swing. A box type target will even break carbon arrows. It's only 10'(3metres) from the target to the bow.

I tested it this morning and it was down to a steady 197 :( :(. I left it out in the shop last night and the humidity is 65-70 out there.

You should send that bow to me, our central Alberta desert level humidity would keep it right tuned up for 200fps.  :D

It's behind the stove again but the weather is good so the stove isn't on much. In summer the RH goes up here too so there's little chance of a 200 out of it for the near future. I'm not really looking for a bow that hovers around 200 anyway, I want one that's solidly in. I'm greedy, never satisfied ;D ;D
