I was hoping for a bit more attention to this bow and I was slightly disappointed because of very little interest. Actually its a good lesson for my beginners bowyer EGO to understand that what I do, I do first for myself and its just my hobby i like and makes me happy :D. Actually the positive comments the bow got compensate everything :D. Maybe I should post more bows I have made, not just the best ones :D....

maitus, would you please tell me about the little bridges near the tips?  I mean the little bits that hold the string away from the limb.  What is their purpose?

Hi, WhistlingBadger!
The bridges don't holding string away from limbs, in my case, but holding string on the limb :). It wouldn't stand on concave curve of the belly without them. I could also file string grooves into belly, but there is a very thin layer of lilac and I didn't want to file through it. Also, the bridges help to rise the string height without bending the bow and shorten the movement of the limb tips. As we know the straight bow has a higher string tension. And I believe that when the string reaches to the bridges after release, the string will move much faster between them and will give some extra fps to the arrow.

So, the bridges keep the string from slipping sideways off the recurves, which they otherwise would because the belly is rounded?

Yes, bridges form a localized belly groove rather than having it extended along the whole recurve.
