You should test steam bending another piece and see how it does. Might be handy in the future to steam the limbs evenly.

Hello,
I am working on a rose wood bow too. I corrected the stave with dry heat. It worked very good.

Ah oke, i got some scrap pieces so i Will try Both to see what works best. Can you show some pictures of yours?
