I bought 2 Boston butts recently(about 20#) to cook again on Wednesday(April 29) at Twin Oaks. Anyone interested in contributing and joining in is welcome. I'll bring the pork, BBQ sauces and a few packs of buns. Slaw, chips, more buns and anything else will be welcomed.
This will take place under the eating shed at about 5pm. You'll be smelling the pork cooking most of the day on Wednesday as you walk by the kitchen.
Please let me know if you are interested in joining in and what you can contribute. And as before if anything is left over it will be open for anyone, first come, first serve.
