So I have some sheep horns and was looking to make a sheep horn bow with them. These aren’t Dall or Rocky Mountain sheep horns they are I believe from South Africa. I took a risk and ordered them from a website and explained in the notes what I was looking for and they looked out for me. They aren’t too bad and there’s no damage or keratin beetle holes anywhere to be found. My whole issue now is how to cut them with out messing them up. I have a small bandsaw for some miscellaneous wood working but I don’t want to risk them getting to messed up with my crappy cutting. I was thinking I have a hacksaw blade that’s cut in half that might do the trick or is there another way of cutting them open? I’m open to all ideas so hopefully someone has something
