Roman Arrows

Does anyone have any information on how Roman arrows were constructed?

What little information I have been able to find is that they were three fletched with parabolic feathers glued to the shaft.  The two surviving shafts have red, black or white paint.  They were string or sinew wrapped only at the self nock.  The majority of the arrowheads were three sided of either bronze or steel.  Apparently Roman archers were using 90 pound recurves.  One shaft was reed that had originally had a hard wood foreshaft the other was all pine.
