Ah yes, I see what you mean. There is a kink in the grain on one side of the limb that makes it look funny. I do agree that the area above that might be a tad stiff on closer inspection. I'll keep an eye on the weight and tiller as I shoot it more, hopefully there is enough length that a slight stiff spot won't over stress the rest of the limb. Thanks for the input.

Nice overall bend you have there Hilongbow!  Like Don says, it does look nicely balanced in your hand.

One thing I learned in art class; if you squint at a picture as you look at it anomalies will show up.

Please feel free to go back to prior bows you have made and post those too!  I've never seen anyone complain that there are too many bows showing up on the forum! LOL!
