Looking at the tiller on a wonky bow

Just for the fun of it, I stuck pieces of card all along the bow limb, trimmed to give a straight edge in an attempt to see the tiller better.
I did a short video where you see it unstrung, braced and flexing to full draw.
Here's a still from the vid with ellipses added.
The red ellipse on the lower limb is wider than the yellow one showing the left limb is a bit stiffer, which is ok. It does show a slight stiff spot in the middle of that left limb where the red line just touches the cards.

This is a really neat idea, Del. I've been drawing straight lines down the side of the bow to analyse on the computer, but this also works for staves with a lot of dips, reflex etc. I'' definitely try that in the future. I guess you can have a stack of cards handy and then stick then on with power tack or some such..

I used UHU glue that I use for fletching, dries fairly quick and scrapes off easily
