Congrats on that one!  Sometimes everything just falls right when you know what you're doing!  Looks nice to me!  I'm lucky to not have blown up the second one, yet!

Yp limb is bending a bit too much out of the fades but it seems to be holding up. I should probably shorten the top limb a couple inches and retiller it, might stiffen that area up a little.

So nice when that happens! And fast too! Since you did not put much work in and with that length I would cut off that inch from the top and fix the spot next to the handle. Lose a little mass, gain a little speed ;D

x2

Looks great...love the profile of the shorter riser and longer limb... it looks like a 'real' longbow...  :OK
Seems like common sense isn't very common any more...

Yeah I agree with Jawge.  A degree of luck involved, sure.  But it took a keen sense of of how all these things work to get you close enough to get lucky.  Nicely done sir!

I feel your pain on pulling 50 # Steve. I was trying to work up to 70# and pinched a nerve I guess. Now I can get to about 26" and my bow arm just collapse. It sucks when you have equipment that has potential to break records. Oh well I guess the records belong to someone else . Nice bow by the way Steve. Arvin

Very nice Steve.  Thanks for sharing.
That has happened to me a couple times with tri lams, as it's easier to dial in your recipe with those.  I almost felt guilty when it happened....

I quit making my bows asymmetric for the reason you have mentioned.  Something about a negative tiller doesn't sit well with me.

nice one badger, it looks amazing! also whats the difference between a negitive tiller and a positive tiller?
