How narrow can you go on handle, splicing billets with Z police?

As narrow as you want the handle to be.

I normally make my handles 1" at the arrow pass with no problems. You can offset the arrow pass to make it as close to centershot as you want. Look at one of Marc St Louis's bows.

I’ve gone as narrow as 1/2” as long as everything is cut right you’ll be ok
