Scheib or Flight-rite Spine tester scale

Just purchased a Scheib Industries spine tester which is exactly the same as a Flight-rite spine tester.  The one I purchased did not have the scale attached.  Hoping that someone that has either of the two spine testers would be willing to run a copy of the scale for me.  I can piece it together as it likely will not fit even 11X17.  I thought it would be easy to just re-create but it is not turning out that way.  Any help is appreciated.

If you can find a picture of it on the net and have a printer that can change sizes you may be able to print one.
