Hi !
I'd like to share with you one of my self made bows- maple flatbow.  Love to use this species since it's very easy to work with. I was inspired a little bit by pyramid design. It's one of the lightest bows i've made. It draws about 30lbs at 27 inches and it's about 160cm long. Natural stave shape used-deflexed handle. Cow horn tips overlays and leather grip. Bow took some set but still holds some reflex. This thing shoots sweet and it's great beginner bow.

Bow looks good. How wide were the limbs? Maybe a little heat treatment would make it more resilient to taking set.

Thanks. In the widest spot it is about 5,5 cm. I think heat treating would be interesting idea and i will try it next time. I am not experienced in it yet.
