How long do you typically let glue set up before releasing wraps/clamps?
Also how many days until you sinew the bow?
Thanks folks

Just over night. 24 hours? I personally don't like long waiting times and many times they are actually not that needed. Never had a problem with glue joint after 12 hours of clamping.
I sinew the bow immediately when i have time for it. After all, there is the shaping of core before sinewing.

Thank you JNystrom!
First horn glue up and realized as I did it that I wasn't sure on this stuff.
More to come later.

You're welcome.
You can easily try the strength with some wooden parts, having them glued together over night. The strength is impressive. Sure natural glue creates a stronger bond over some time (months), but that is a different thing.
