nice arrows, I googled the name to find more but came up with nada. is he the maker? Are these reproductions or are these old arrows?

Yes, those are fine arrows. The upper picture is of the originals from the museum, the bottom picture is his own work. You can find Cecelili from facebook... if you use it.

Vellum fletches are really the way to go. Even softer rawhide works well as a fletching, but if you have really stiff and thin rawhide, its like a razor blade! Personally i'm not going to use feather fletches anymore, only with some english warbow arrows.
