Aw dang! Clint, once again, you are the most ambitious mad fool I know!  There is gonna be some heirloom tables coming out of that stack!

Wow man. Lemme ask you, that interlocking grain stuff, if it were bamboo backed, would a bow still be possible from it?

I don't see any reason it wouldn't work.

I agree Jeb.  I took a drive around the property scouting for a walnut and a wild cherry tree.  I'd like to get one of each milled into slabs.  Might as well get some cut while I can.  I'm excited about making some tables.   My wife requested a new kitchen table, coffee table, and another long table for the living room.

I have some 16 to 20 inch wild cherry on my place. Too bad we didn't live closer I would swap you a tree. My trees are straight up for about 20' or more.

We've got a few on our place like that.  I wish I knew about that mill a few years ago.  We lost a beautiful cherry tree in a storm.  It was probably 20" diameter.  I looked at it yesterday and I think it's too far gone to be any good.
