Got to start one more bow which one I long time ago promised to make when I´ve retired from my daily work. As some of you may remember I have some bamboo backed bows under construction and two of those are lemonwood bellied in their raw shape without dedicated new owner. Unfortunately the guy doesn´t like bamboo so I got to fetch some hickory for his bow´s back. So, this stave has now 5 mm hickory on back, 4,5 mm cumaru core and osage orange as belly. Osage billets were V-glued with epoxy and the lamination done with Unibond800; curing now. The aim is to rasp out something like 50lbs@31".
