Elm D Bow tiller input wanted

I have made two bows in the past. Both D bows. Those were both lower weight bows being 35 and 40 and it has been years since I made the last one. I am aiming for 75#@28". 62" ntn
Right now I have it tillered to 60#@22" (it is drawn to 20" in the pic)and I feel my tiller is a little off but I can't pinpoint what it is. Maybe it is good enough to proceed but I am nervouse about drawing it further. 
Any advice will be appreciated.

looks to me you have the most bend at about 1/6 on the right and a little stiff in the outer half on the left

If you want 70# we need to see how it looks at 70# !
Keep pulling to 60# and it'll end up at 60#

On the right limb you are flat starting about 7" out from the tillering stick and for the last 12" to the tip.

The left doesn't look that bad to me, possibly a little stiff on the last 10" but not much.

Have you put a gizmo on those limbs?

The right limb is OK but the left is a bit stiff especially in the outer limb.  Don't think you will make 75#

I think now I can see what you guys have pointed out.
Eric   I have not put a gizmo on it. In fact I had to Google it to find out what it even was. It seems like an interesting devise.

Del     I do know I have to draw it to 75# if that's what I want as the final draw weight but I was using the method of tillering described in the bowyers bible where you draw an inch or two at a time and check the tiller. So I did not what to proceed past 22" until I felt that my tiller was right. But I do understand what you are saying.

Honestly if it ends up at 60# in the end I would t be dissapointed. 75# would be hard for me to pull. I have recently been very interested in warbow shooting. This bow will be a kind of stepping stone for me to work up my strength. I am a farmer and a carpenter but only weigh 130 pounds and just dont have the strength in the specific muscles needed to draw very heavy bows yet. I think I got alot or work do before I can shoot a heavy warbow but I am just fascinated by the whole warbow thing.

  It looks like the center of the bow is already at it's bending limit so I think 60# is where you should finish the bow. Left outer 1/2 is stiff, and I see two stiff spots on the right

I started to reply on this one before but didn't have time. I'm seeing exactly what Badger just said. It does seem like a good candidate for Eric's Gizmo.

I think I will take the advise and just shoot for 60#. I am hoping to finish this up tommarow afternoon.
