About the back
. I had to reduce the sapwood a bunch. I really prefer a natural back on bows but this one had too much sapwood. So I tried to imitate all the natural grooves and unevenness. I used all sorts of tools to try to imitate Mother Nature but I should know that's next to impossible. The back sort of looks OK but it's not quite right. The glare of the sun hid most of it from the camera and the part that shows look passable so I went with it. Thanks for the compliment
