22nd Annual: That Medieval Thing

April 12, Saturday, one day only.
~11am - ~5pm
This is a wholly student run renfaire / medfest.
It includes a full on archery tournament, one of very few at any renfaire in the country, with a few unique twists.
Equipment is recurves and longbows only. In case of foul weather, the entire event is moved indoors and the tournament switches to Micro archery, 1/6th scale.
There are three contests, standard accuracy, wand, and speed, all at 25 yards. Accuracy uses 60cm target faces. Wand uses 1_5/8in x 3ft lattice board. Speed gives a bonus to the first looser of 6 arrows, plus scoring the hits.
There is also a kids' shoot for 12 and under.
