bow for a friend #2pics added Spirit Dancer
« on: March 27, 2018, 03:22:43 pm »
I started this a few months ago, could not find the thread,, so started again,,
this is osage and just roughed out to almost floor tiler,, its a beautiful piece of osage and hoping it gonna make a nice bow for a special archer,,it doesnt make much to make me happy,, just a simple graceful profile is so pleasing to my eye, cant wait to shoot it,, :)

I put more of a handle this than for myself,, cause I know what he likes and want to accomodate his shooting style,,

I like that profile.  Good work.
What are the specs?  Width and length wise.

Brad nice start like the profile. You made one awhile back for a special Archer if I remember right. Is this one going the same way?

Looking good so far, beautiful piece of wood that should make a fine bow for a lucky friend.
