Rivercane tutorial??

I know this isn’t the right forum to post this in but I figure more people will see it here. I could’ve sworn there was a tutorial in pa somewhere on making rivercane arrows but I cannot seem to find it. If someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

At the top of the "How To" page is a cane arrow build along. Some of the pics are no longer there but still enough to get you through.

 I'm moving this to "Arrows".

That was the one I was looking for. None of the pics are on there anymore but I remembered most of them from when I read it before.
