There is a paperback book titled "Become The Arrow" by a fellow named Byron Ferguson. I may take some flak for suggesting this book, but he covers every aspect of shooting the "Bare Bow"

What I took from this book the most was coming to a solid anchor with the arrow directly under the eye - bow slightly canted, and a relaxed fluid release. Like Pat B said - if you find what works for you and repeat until it's ingrained in your muscles and mind, you'll be there.

Very nice! Awful cool to know "I did that" when the arrows hits the target.
