1st hunt of the New Year
« on: January 09, 2018, 07:46:14 pm »
I found the brown one (maybe a Pedernales type) and the large spear center just below the points on the white flat rock which is an abrader stone.  Also found a couple of mano's and left a bunch of pottery for someone else to pick up. Also left a very large metate that was too heavy to carry back to the truck.

Went to a different spot today.  It is a rock source spot for the Natives to get their rock for knapping.  I gathered a back pack and a rock bag full of knapping rock. Also took some photo's of petroglyphs.
