Dave, I'll be bringing a cot if you've got room for me to set up somewhere.

My wife has some Dr appointments tomorrow .... but I plan on being there sometime Friday Afternoon.
Cant wait ....going to be a good time .
If any of you new guys coming has anything that they would like to see details on, eg. chasing a ring on osage.... please post here tonight what you might like to see.  I'll try to demonstrate it Saturday.  maybe something about arrows?  I've got some cane I can bring.  I know its kinda late , but I just got back in town on business today.  Post what you would like to see tonight and I will get the materials together tomorrow for Saturday demo.

I would like a cooking demonstration Bill  ;D     I plant on bringing my string making stuff and showing how I make a flemish twist string.  I've got a bow that needs tillered, one that needs a heat correction, and one that needs a ring chased around a knot hole.  That should keep me busy for the weekend.

Dave, I plan on being there around 9:00 or slightly earlier tomorrow morning if that's OK.  I know my way around the bow shop if you aren't up by then.   I'm bringing my mud boots!

Clint, I should be up before 9.

Does anyone have a good osage stave they'd like to trade?

It looks like any shooting (bows or handguns) that we will be doing will be Friday or Sunday.

Clint, I love arsenals.

No shirts  >:(  When I called to get an estimate they were just over $9 each for the price break of 25.  So, I priced them to you all at $12 so that I would break even if I had shirts left over.  I had 12 or 14 people say they wanted shirts. When I visited the shop, they added layout fees, $2 more for XXL and larger shirts.  The cost rose to $12.50 per shirt. To see a break even point I figured I'd need to charge $16 a shirt.  And that's just too much for a simple 50/50 shirt.  Dropping the order down to 15 shirts would have had a cost of nearly $16 each.  I was ticked that the extra costs were not mentioned on the phone, so I left the store.

I've never gotten to play with osage; I'd like to see how you chase those rings.

Had a great time this weekend even with the all day rain and 3-4" of snow we had Saturday.  The wild boar and deer roast was great Friday night, and Jeremy one of the new NC guys can make a pretty good breakfast.  Dave and his wife are some fine people and great hosts.
Thanks again, Dave
Would have loved had a video of the Outlaw swatting at that little mouse with and arrow shaft.  Funniest thing.... 3-4 grown men chasing after a little field mouse.  I think the mouse was having more fun than we were.......:)

I'm a terrible picture taker, but here are the only ones I took the whole weekend.
The last pic Clint is moving so fast he's not in focus :) :)
