I've heard those type critters can be skewered, and roasted over hot coals! Supposed to be a delicacy in some parts of the world! Methinks, I'll stick with venison!

I think tied in small groups and boiled in a big pot is the traditional way.

I've had it cooked over a fire in Colombia and it was pretty tasty.
