Maybe Pat's place got moved ... and nobody told him!!!
... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857

Most of the show is them salvaging old cabins, they take the numbered logs to a yard and reconstruct the basic form replacing any damaged logs. After they have a sound structure they sell the structure and rebuild it on site for the buyer. They stop as soon as the logs are reassembled and the buyer has a contractor finish the house or structure.

The show would be more interesting if they followed the build to completion instead of putting up the log skeleton and leaving.
