hello guys, nice you like it. we have a friend who teached us to make bread with a stone oven. the complicatest I would say is the timing,
the oven has to be prepared (right heat, ~270 - 290 °C, cleaned floor....)  exactly when the bread dough is ready. I remember the first we ever made looks like big coals, because to much heat, but we learned .........
