I've been shooting selfnocks for a long time. I've never had a wrapped nock fail. I've had unwrapped and reinforced nocks fail. I've also had many plastic nocks fail in the past. Jawge

Chris Boyton tought me his method of wrapping a nock in hemp fibre and glue. It works well. Even a thin hazel shaft can have a self nock cut in and be made into a failry bulbous nock that lasts forever. Hemp and Titebond works well. Almost any fibre could be used I guess.
