Well, I got my Christmas Trade item done. It is a side stalker style quiver. The quiver is hand stitched with an adjustable shoulder strap.  I also added a Russel Green River knife with an attached sheath. I got the blade from Crazy Crow a few years ago and added osage handle scales. The wood end plug of the quiver is tapered and slides in through the quiver body for cleaning purposes but also to replace the foam arrowhead holder when needed. I also added a copy of pictograph I got from the internet, glued to the wood and varnished to seal. I hope my recipient like my offering. I think I'll wait until December 15 before I mail it out. Here are a few pics...

Hawk, I made it for a right handed archer with the knife of the outside but that could be easily changed if necessary.   ;)

That is one sweet quiver Pat.A once in a lifetime needed piece of archery equipment by the way that one is made.Nice work!!! with quality!!!A person needs that knife for skinning of course and other uses but also I see a need to pry astray shots from trees on the 3D course....lol.
Did you use a speedy stitcher or the old 2 double stitch glovers' needle method?

Ed, I used a saddle stitch, one thread with a needle at each end, going from opposite directions in each stitch hole. One of the strongest stitches you can do. Probably overkill but it's therapy for me.  ;D
