Thanks everyone, I appreciate it. They were all nice bows, but I was a big fan of chuck and GUTSHOT's bow, since I like anything that has a Native American style to it.
Lehtis - ya, I know what you mean, I've only made a few with them with shelves, I've always shot off my hand.
DuBois- I made a bow for a friend, and he searched out sturgeon skins on Craigslist. The guy had other sturgeon skins that didn't have quite as much usable skin. This skin will give me two backing plus several limb tip accents.
