I just tried some ghost sauce on a salmon patty. Good flavor and doesn't take much at all to make it very spicy.

Come on OO, it tastes delicious.

Heck, I make "No Alarm" chili !  Can't do that spicy stuff, in any cooking genre - "flavor, not fire!" Eating is supposed to be fun, not pain!

Yeah, I'm not much on the ridiculous hot stuff. My participation in an ill-advised pepper-eating contest 20 years ago removed any hint of a desire to eat anything much hotter than jalapeņos.
