I blanched the zucchini in beer added ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS and steamed till almost dry.
Put in some EVO and butter, more bread crumbs and flax seeds. Flipped a time or two.
Diced some sharp Cheddar and applied. Cover till done.

Sounds like good use for Corona
! lol! We sautée the zucchini in butter with salt, just a bit of thyme and tarragon, and may mix in some yellow squash and tomato, and top of with lots of grated Parmesan cheese. We will try it with the extra sharp cheddar. Right now the squash are not overtaking the garden! It is sometimes hard to sacrifice a beer though
