A couple recent non-bow projects
« on: July 24, 2017, 08:05:30 pm »
Thought some of you might dig these origami projects I did for my kids recently. Both are folded from one square sheet of paper, no cuts, no glue or tape. The dinosaur is made from Elephant Hide paper, which actually makes a terrific bow backing. The "frog behind the leaf" is made from paper that is green on one side and red on the other.

COOL!

Very creative Jeff, good to expand your horizons once and awhile and work on some other projects.

Hey thanks a bunch guys. OO, yes. Two well-known origamists tested 20 or so different papers for tensile strength (amongst other things) and Elephant Hide came out #1, far above all the others.

PM me if anyone would like to try it as a backing and I'll send you some strips.  ;)
