Keeping Dry?

Hope all of ya living in N Illinois and S Wisconsin kept your tootsies and basements dry!
... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857

Heck, we just got an inch in one hour down here. It's been like this everyday since the drought ended in June.

It has hardly stopped raining here since Spring.  We had a dump of rain here last week the likes I've never seen.  It was raining so hard that we couldn't see more than 50 yards, crazy stuff

We've had over 50" already this year and it just started raining again. Hope all are safe.

We could use some of that rain out here". Been more than a bit dry since early June, and what we did get came all at once!  Do hope everyone is ok!
