My width was about 2", you just can't choose what width you like. That is kind of critical. You might be ok with 1 1/2" for a 69" long bow at 100# I would prefer about 1 3/4". If it is allready 1 1/2" just monitor as you build the bow, if it starts taking set that will be your limit a little less than where it started taking set.
