My daughter, Naia is about to turn two. She has been wanting a bow for a long time. Every time I work on a bow she says, "Quiero arco!" I want a bow! My son Ronan helped me make a bow for her out of a little ocean spray stick. It's fun making these little bows and it's even more fun shooting them. This thing zips an arrow! I can't wait to give it to her tomorrow and teach her to shoot. I will update with some pictures after I give it to her. Watch out chickens!

Still working some kinks out of her form  ;D

I did little fire-hardened blunts wrapped with sinew to minimize the carnage a bit.  ;D

Isn't it great when they ask for you to make them something, sweet shooting stick

WAYYYY cool, sir!

The pith gives a very nice effect, and I am sure she'll love those colours. Nice lil bow mate!

That's great! Gave one to each of my little ones at age 5 and 6. It's a great feeling for sure.  :)
