@Patm: only shot the bow about 100 times and no nockpoint tied yet, just winged it for the picture.
@Stalker: I love the yellow of BL as well, just wanted to try this fuming thing;-) and I agree, BL is all over the place and a lovely bow wood
@Simon: thanks for the compliment! It is quite obvious looking at my bow that I admire your work a lot! About the performance: this definately feels like the fastest bow I ever made! Mind my bows are usually around 50 pounds so that is a big difference as well. I will try to shoot it through a chrony soon. (And will post the results)
About the HLD: I tried to follow the shape of the crown and invert it on the belly and leave the side walls thin so they can open up when drawing the bow. Below some close ups with my phone in the rain. Very curious what you find because I love to get the hang of your HLD method. (I tried it on a few hazel bows and they where way faster than flat limbed ones)
