Cultural archery is super interesting. Kinda interesting to reflect on modern American archery being so industrial/compound and even worse the big crossbow push - not archery.
An Osage American flat-bow and some knapped cane arrows could be regarded next to baseball and apple pie, internationally.
I've said for years that a place like Twin Oaks and the TN Classic is cultural event. Consider the significance of it if were the equivalent in a culture like Japan or Korea or Bhutan or Mongolia, etc.
