I enjoy the search.  I have fun at auctions even if I don't buy anything.

Pat, I talked to my father in law and we are going to have a manly yard sale at his house this summer.  I need to clean some stuff out of my garage.

I'm not sure.  I can weigh it and let you know.  I can bring it to the Classic if you want it.

Well, another beautiful bow trailer followed me home today.  I've been looking for a cheap utility trailer.  With some angle iron and some lumber I can make this into something that will work.  I want to make a log lifting arch on the back of it.  It's longer than it looks in the picture.  It's 20' overall.  I should be able to get a 14' flat bed on it.  The rims and tires are fairly new.  The brakes look like they have been replaced recently.  LED lights and jack work.  I think it was well worth the $160 I paid for it.  The axles are movable.  I might slide them forward a foot or so.  My Dad offered to buy the angle iron and lumber since we will be sharing it.

Well worth $160

A tire and rim would cost $160.

I'm thinking another $150 for angle iron and deck boards.  I should have a pretty nice 14' utility trailer for around $300.

I have been wanting a 4 to 6 pound splitting maul for some time.
Let me know what you might want in trade for it.....

Clint doesn't have all the fun. The farrier stopped by to trim my horse and left me with some goodies.

Nice score!  That save edge looks like a good one.  Do you need any more nails like that?  I think I have a jar of old square nails somewhere.

Are those going to stay rasps or are they going to become knives?
