FIRST BOW.
69" Red Oak Board bow. I don't have a tiller tree so I am using a Webber stringer that has pockets on each end. I haven't backed it yet or cut the string nocks. My target weight would be 40#-50# @28. It feels like I am not far off from that (compared to a 55# 69" Longbow I have) so I am at the point where I have to reduce carefully.
I have been checking with a caliper and counting the number of strokes with the rasp/
I haven't picked a top and a bottom yet. I just marked it "Left and Right" (from camera perspective) so I would be able to identify each end from the photo.
What do you see?
