Nice work, Mullet! Lookin good!

Here are a couple of my most recent efforts.  All my handles come from wood I cut and season myself.  In other words, I could make a heck of a lot of 33" bows right now. ;D

Ash on a no-name yard sale head

(and that poor buckthorn stave I eventually processed into nice kindling)

33" shagbark hickory on a nice Plumb double bit for a friend

Got to love them, I got into making handles a year or so ago, made 10 or 12 and ran out of heads, I have more now so yall inspire me to get back at it. :) The broad ax is really cool. I have 1 but sure would like to come up with another or 3. ;) :) :)

Very punny, guys! :P

Who axed you?

That Plumb double bit is plumb sexy!  Something pretty Northwoods plaid-wearing bearded cool about them!
