HHB bows
« on: December 16, 2016, 02:11:39 pm »
Here are two sets of hhb bows made this past summer complete with arrows and quivers. Left to right dimensions, 58 inches overall 50lbs at 26 inch draw stiff handle. This stave seasoned 5 yrs gave me lots of trouble as it needed many heat straightening session both steam and dry heat, tiller is slightly off on lower limb but considering how gnarly it was before I'm pleased. Next 60 inches overall length 65lbs at 28inch draw. I did some extra work the tips of both bows to reduce hand shock after pics were taken but other than that they both shoot really well. Sorry no full draw, maybe this spring.

Nice  ;) I wish I saw more HHB bows here on PA.
