Osage static for Roland (No. 85)
« on: December 02, 2016, 04:24:46 pm »
Another fumed static (one week), full of character, laid out as a 5 curve. One limb had this form natural, the other limb got induced curves. Ridges beginning at the handle are tapering out past the fades. The levers got very deep string grooves with sharp ridges. Addy rings on handle and tips allows cutting in the back. Handle leather (salmon, dyed) and arrow pass (sting ray) are fully inlayed which makes a special look. No shelf (request by receiver).

49#/28”
62” ntn
1¾” reflex
5¼” brace height

Beatiful Bow as Always Simon.  The salmon skin inlay is amazing.

I have some stingray I was on the fence about using for an arrowpass until now!
