Love the blade on the antler handled knife, very cool shape and patina.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

It's good to see the bigger pictures on here.  Those all look really nice.  That bright pink fletching is the best at shoots.
Everything looks gooder, buddy!

Thanks Pearly. I had started that knife for a friend and wasn't quite happy w it. I sand blasted it at work and then I really didn't like how it looked. One Saturday when I was in the yard I looked down and saw a green walnut husk and decided what the heck. I rubbed it on the handle first and thought it looked good so I rubbed the whole blade down and let it sit in the sun a couple hours. Then 3m padded it and rubbed it down again and let it sit in the sun for a few hours. I've 3m'ed it once more and that is how it came out looking. Way better then sand blasted look. Took me awhile to find the antler to fit it, but I like the way it turned out. I offered that one and the other knife w erc handle and sheath to my buddy and he liked the erc handled one better. I think I'll keep the angler handled one for my self for awhile anyway. Once the holiday season is over and all gifts made I'll make a sheath for it. Busy now making all the knives and arrows I plan to give as gifts this year. Thanks again PD. Cheers, dpg

Cool stuff Derik, a guys gotta have some projects like that to get through the dreary winter. I'm liking that cresting pattern and the colors on that last pic.of arrow shafts.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.

Sweet look'n arra's ..........what's the shaft material?  I've been thinking on making some parallel shafts and trying those out.  Some say it will tighten up my groups.
