I have researched the subject on perpetual motion, and have seen some cool stuff, but whether its feasible or not remains to be seen and is not available to the public as a green energy source.
Personally I think its attainable.

Well, the Pipeline is back in operation this morning.
Don't know if the repairs that were made are permanent or temporary.

Lots of clean-up over the next few weeks.

What really grinds my gears is that there is a renewable energy source that could replace fossil fuels in a heartbeat but it takes political will to accomplish. Fusion. There is no new discoveries that need to be made to do fusion reactors, all the science is there, it's just going to cost an enormous amount of money at the outset to get the ball rolling. What we need is an Apollo level project in this country to come together like we did in the space race and build these reactors, once they are up and running it's virtually endless energy with no waste.
