I thought I'd try a recipe I saw in the newest backwoodsman Magazine tonite since I had a couple of rabbits in the freezer. It sounded good , with cabbage, onion fried with bacon, mushrooms and garlic along with a cup of Jager and two tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar. Let you know how it tastes, be ready in 25 minutes.
Smells good.

And,,, It was delicious!
Served over a bed of steaming rice. You can barely taste the Jager, just a hint of it in the Veggies. You only use a half a cup.

That does sound good. Is that a wild or domestic bunny?

Bunny rabbit sounds good! Got a try rabbit, we ate it growing up but have gotten away from it as a adult. Fifty years has made forget what it tastes like.

That looks good. Minus the Jager
We raise rabbits for the kids to show in 4H and they do very well with them. We end up letting them go after they show them. I just can't bring myself to kill a rabbit that we've raised from a baby. I might have a change of heart next year after seeing your pictures.
