I'm done
« on: October 09, 2016, 07:39:40 am »
After 51 years working I'm going to retire at the end of the month. Don't know why I feel guilty but hunting in the middle of the rut should cheer me up.lol

I got a bunch of arrows with stone heads ready for squirrel season and a new self bow thanks to Mullet. I need some squirrel tails for my fly tying. Shoot straight, Will

When we retire our first thought is the company and men can't get along without us, in actuality they probably forgot what you did a couple weeks after you are gone.

After 51 years of working you would feel guilty not working as working becomes natural. That all at one company?

And congratulations enjoy your well deserved retirement

Congratulations! I always like to hear about people retiring. It's the ultimate goal. A life of "leisure"

Started working when I was 14 at a golf course, bounced around working road construction, got a Barber license and had my own shop. Went to work in a Mill and then worked in a Prison for 26 years and retired from there and opened up another Barber shop in a small town where I grew up until now. Fellin guilty because of my old coustomers have become friends over the years. It was a old time barber shop with deer heads and turkey tails, fish and ducks on the wall. Good times but the old body wore out.lol We solved most of the world problems at the shop on a daily basis.
