15 Month old Making Fire

Here is a few pics of my boy Aaron making his first hand drill coal, we managed a fire also.  I helped a bit.  But I think he'll be doing it alone by age 2.

At that age, I probably would have put it in my mouth.   ;D Nice to see kids and adults doing things together that doesn't involve an on/off switch.

I was definitely having fun, still smiling about it.  As long as we are outside he is happy.  Fishoonah-  you are right he is ready,  he picks up sticks in the yard and keeps saying " bow bow bow bow"

It's like I told my wife.  I'll be really upset if he sets the house on fire when he gets a little older.  But I'll have to laugh if it was started with a hand drill.
