I like boring. Boring is nice. Wish I could find some boring staves to work with. Good job.

I agree. I'm always on the lookout for boring staves. I've got another osage stave that's more boring than this one, though ideally it would season another couple years before I use it. I also have a similarly boring hickory that's been drying for about 18 months. I suppose I could use it in a pinch, but I'd rather wait at least another year.

Yeah, and if that is boring, I would be awfully satisfied with that kind of boredom!

Nice job on the 'boring' bow. I happen to like boring staves and boring bows even better. Nothing wrong with them a-tall. G

Bob is a nice bow and without all the geegahs you can see the actual bow better. I like the back view and the full draw looks very nice too. Well done.

Who/what is a Zak?
... ok, you asked...
When I was over at the classic... I was sitting chatting to Cody (missilemaster) when they were handing out the prizes.
There was this young lad, all clean cut and shiny with a nice cut fashionably trendy hair cut... his name was called out... "Zak".
I said to Cody, yeah, once upon a time I was a "Zak", young, handsome, clean cut.
He looked at me and said.
Now your more of a "Bob"
You had to be there really, it was the laconic way he said it...

I like this bow and I am a bob myself, but I don't look that good. Best of luck hunting.

Boring is all in the perception. One mans boring is another's dependable. Dependable is what you want in a bow whether its for target or hunting .Looks like a really nice bow to me.
