A few options. The one on the left is a laminated birch, with Purple heart spliced on the tip end for better weight forward design. The second is a 5 piece laminated Birch and cedar shaft, the last is a 2 piece laminated birch.

They all look great, any would be fine Joe. From pictures the center looks really nice. You can just send me whichever one you think you like best.

I've not seen that one but there is one with he and Cathy back in the 60s or 70s.

Yup I agree Eddie is cool never meet him but I can tell I'd like him. Sure hope he never feels the need to kick my butt although I'm sure it needs kicking from time to time. My wife usally takes care of that.

Anybody that heats their bow with a microwave with holes in the ends has got my respect. 🤔Well maybe not anybody but certainly Eddie.

that picture sort of looks like a wild Jim Croce the singer. Yea I had a lot of hair a long time ago but we all got to start looking our age at some point, one day I may grow up and start acting my age! NOT!

Thanks, Buddy. :D ;) Bet you pulled that off of Facebook after one of my Senior Black Belts posted it, huh? ::) :) That was from the mid 70's when I was competing On the National/Regional Karate Illustrated Magazine Circuit. For about eight years I was flying all over on the weekends fighting in Tournaments.

Is that picture really you Eddie?  If so, that's awesome.  I think  you should bring back the 'stash.

I straightened 3 shafts today and got 2 of them ready for sealing and fletching.  I'm trying something new on the 3rd shaft.  I'm curious to see how it turns out.  It will be a few days before I will be able to tell if it worked or not.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left
